Return Policy for Tommy's Pawsh Shop

At Tommy's Pawsh Shop, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help!

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized bandanas and accessories
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items damaged due to misuse or pet damage

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at returns@tommyspawshshop.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our team to provide you with return authorization and instructions
  3. Securely package the item(s) in original packaging
  4. Ship the return to the address provided in your return authorization

Important: Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles. To exchange an item:

  1. Contact us at returns@tommyspawshshop.com with your order number
  2. Specify which item you'd like to exchange and what you'd like instead
  3. Follow our return process and indicate it's an exchange
  4. We'll ship your replacement item once we receive your return

If there's a price difference, we'll either refund the difference or send a payment request.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@tommyspawshshop.com. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays can occur)
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@tommyspawshshop.com

Sale and Clearance Items

Items purchased during sales or promotions are eligible for return unless marked as "final sale." Clearance items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
