Shipping Policy for Tommy's Pawsh Shop
At Tommy's Pawsh Shop, we're committed to getting your handmade dog accessories to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care! Our typical processing times are:
- Standard Orders: 1-3 business days
- Custom/Personalized Orders: 3-5 business days
- Peak Seasons (Holidays): 5-7 business days
Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
Standard Shipping (USPS First Class Mail)
- Delivery: 3-5 business days after processing
- Cost: $4.99 (FREE on orders over $50)
Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail)
- Delivery: 2-3 business days after processing
- Cost: $8.99
Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express)
- Delivery: 1-2 business days after processing
- Cost: $24.99
Note: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States! This offer applies automatically at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location:
- Canada: 7-14 business days, starting at $12.99
- Other Countries: Please contact us at shipping@tommyspawshshop.com for a quote
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through:
- The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Your Tommy's Pawsh Shop account order history
- The carrier's website (USPS.com)
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@tommyspawshshop.com.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for Express Shipping. Standard and Priority shipping to P.O. Boxes is available.
Delivery Issues
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look around your delivery location (porches, mailboxes, etc.)
- Contact your local post office with the tracking number
- Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered early)
- If still not found, contact us at shipping@tommyspawshshop.com
Delayed Packages: While rare, shipping delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll help investigate.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
- Contact us immediately at shipping@tommyspawshshop.com
- Keep all packaging materials
- We'll arrange for a replacement or refund
Order Modifications
Need to change your order? Contact us as soon as possible! Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order. If you need to make changes, email us at support@tommyspawshshop.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
Holidays and Peak Seasons
During holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. We'll post any holiday shipping deadlines on our website and social media.
Multiple Item Orders
All items in your order will be shipped together unless otherwise noted. If you need items shipped separately or to different addresses, please place separate orders.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- APO/FPO addresses (coming soon!)
- US territories (contact us for availability)
